I would like to extend a warm welcome to all our new families. We are thrilled to have you join our school community. To our new teachers and staff, welcome! You bring new energy and ideas, and we are grateful to have you on our team. To our new students and their families, thank you for choosing OLMA. We look forward to sharing new and exciting experiences with you.
At Our Lady of Mercy Academy, open communication is a core principle. I value honest and open dialogue with both our staff and parents. Through active listening, I am committed to fully understanding and properly addressing your concerns. Each Sunday evening throughout the school year, you'll receive a letter from me with updates on school news, concerns, and exciting events. I will also inform you in advance about upcoming events to help you plan accordingly. I can always be reached via email at [email protected] and welcome your feedback.
This year, we will continue to implement evidence-based teaching practices and curriculum that challenge our students and foster a love for learning. It is our goal to ensure that every student reaches their full potential. We believe that with high expectations and the right support, every student can and will succeed. At Our Lady of Mercy Academy, we are not only educators; we are cultivators of character, builders of faith, and shapers of young minds. We aim to create saints, scholars, and stewards—individuals who excel academically and carry the torch of faith and responsibility throughout their life's journey.
We understand that the well-being of our students is paramount. Alongside academic achievement, we aim to cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment that nurtures the social and emotional development of each student. We continue to help students grow in their faith and relationship with Jesus through daily prayer, theological study, and attending mass regularly.
In closing, thank you for entrusting OLMA with your children’s education and spiritual growth. Together, we will help our students excel academically and grow in faith and compassion, becoming true stewards of God’s amazing creation.
