Tuition may be paid annually or in 10 monthly installments through FACTS Management.
Upon the advice of the Archdiocesan auditors, a late fee is charged for tuition payments more than 10 days past due.

NOTE:
Families who receive the parishioner tuition rate are subsidized by the Newark Archdiocese. They are expected to be active members of a Parish within the Newark Archdiocese, participate in weekly Mass, and contribute at least $500.00 annually in support of their Parish. Families who are members of a Parish other than Our Lady of Mercy must have their pastor sign a Verification of Active Parishioner Status Form. This Form is available in the school office. If you are not an active member of your Parish (as defined above) a $500 inactive Parishioner fee will be added to your tuition invoice.

FAMILY FUNDRAISING OBLIGATION
1. $800 K-8 family fundraising obligation. Families may opt-out by paying $650 by October 1.
2. $400 Pre-K fundraising obligation. Families may opt-out by paying $325.

SERVICE OBLIGATION
Pre-K is required to complete one (1) School Service. Opt-Out is $150.
K-8 is required to complete two (2) School Services. Opt-out is $150 each.

The Robert F & Marilyn A. Miller Catholic
Education Foundation

Created by Alumna and dedicated OLMA volunteer, Dr. Marilyn Miller, The Miller Foundation offers tuition assistance to selected students with demonstrated financial need who are currently attending a Catholic grammar or high school within the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Newark, NJ. Information and an application (due by April 15th) are available by visiting their website.
Scholarship for Inner-City Children

SFIC online application will be available on February 1, 2025 at this website and closes on May 1, 2025. Please be aware that there is a $35 application fee. Families with children in grades K-12 attending Catholic schools within the Archdiocese of Newark are eligible to apply for assistance. Scholarships are based on financial needs. HEALY FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP
- Our Lady of Mercy Academy is dedicated to providing quality Catholic education. We recognize that tuition is a significant financial commitment. To the extent that funds are available, tuition assistance will be considered for any K-8 family that has actively participated in the K-8 school community for a minimum of one year. Tuition assistance is meant to provide emergency relief on a short-term basis to families experiencing a qualifying event, such as a job loss, sudden illness or death, or unexpected family crisis. Tuition assistance is not designed to help meet the family’s long-term needs, but rather to address the family’s immediate need to pay tuition Please note that the due date for the application is no later than April 1. Please download, complete, and return the following application to Lakisha Fontana in the School Office with all documentation required.

- TRI COUNTY SCHOLARSHIP FUND
  
  The Tri-County Scholarship fund provides partial K-12 scholarships based on financial need. Families must fill out an application through he confidential online FACTS application system. The student must reside within either Morris, Passaic, or Sussex counties of New Jersey or the school they plan to attend must be located in one of these counties. TRI-COUNTY SCHOLARSHIP FUND
